In your time at Rowan, you learned many "power skills" such as research and evidence analysis. These skills are not only valuable to your education, but also equip you to navigate the job search process and successfully build your career. Each of our core classes teach specific "power skills" that you can highlight with employers or in graduate school applications.   • Ethical and Civic Responsibility
    Understand the principles of integrity, honesty, and forthright behavior governing an individual or a group and apply ethical theories in professional practice. The individual is able to understand skills of active citizenship and recognize that he or she can make a difference and have an impact on one life or many lives.
  • Global/Multi-cultural Fluency
    Value, respect, and learn from diverse cultures, races, ages, genders, sexual orientations, and religions. The individual demonstrates openness, inclusiveness, sensitivity, and the ability to interact respectfully with all people and understand individuals’ differences.
