The Future
As with the original participants in Operation Uganda, however, we are focused on creating a brighter future. While we want to acknowledge that students on our campus have long been interested in global affairs, we seek to draw current students’ attention to Africa’s past and present importance. We want to build on the spirit of the original Operation Uganda to create new connections, to support international students, and to build a diverse community celebrating the African Diaspora in the Delaware Valley.
