Biography

Sophia Zorzanello graduated from Rowan University in 2022 with her bachelor's in public relations. During her time as an undergraduate student, she worked as a Marketing Assistant with the Student Center and Campus Activities (SCCA) creating promotional materials for student life events. As well, she served a term as the Public Relations Chair for Theta Phi Alpha, worked on comprehensive plans for the Rowan University Shreiber Family Pet Therapy Program, and was an active member of the Anthony J. Fulginiti Chapter of the Public Relations Students Society of America (PRSSA). She was also recognized by the faculty of the Ric Edleman College of Communication and Creative Arts (CCCA) with the Faculty Advisor Citation.  

Before returning to Rowan, Sophia worked in social media management and promotions in a variety of industries including mental health and wellness, relationships and love, and toys and comics. She also coaches recreational and competitive gymnastics, working with students of all ages. As a coach, she applies classroom management techniques, demonstrates leadership skills, and uses on-the-spot thinking to solve problems.
