DCA Chief to Highlight Sweeney Center’s Shared Services/Regionalization Panel at NJLM Conference

The panel included Jacquelyn Suarez, Acting DCA Commissioner and Director of the NJ Division of Local Government Services; Rich Richardella, Chief of the Bureau of Local Government Assistance; former Education Commissioner Lucille Davy representing the Rowan School Regionalization Institute; Shared Services czars Jordan Glatt and Nic Platt; and moderator Mark Magyar, director of the Sweeney Center for Public Policy at Rowan University. 

Discussion will focus on recent successes in municipal shared services initiatives, LEAP program grants and the new surge in school regionalization under the Division's School Regionalization and Efficiency Program (SREP) grants.
