Study Abroad opportunities are available for qualified students enrolled in all colleges and schools at Rowan University. Students may choose from program options all over the world. Credits earned through study abroad may be transferred back in to Rowan to satisfy program requirements.

Paris 2025

Join us in our Spring 2025 course ""Masterpieces of French Literature in English Translation" and its trip to Paris from May 12-18! This course is offered by the Department of World Languages and focuses on such writers as Voltaire, Charles Baudelaire, Victor Hugo, and Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (all in English translation). Paris has been the center of an impressive number of great writers, and the associated course tour to "The City of Lights" will explore the power and character of selected authors in their cultural context. Departure is from Philadelphia, and the price includes a full-time tour guide, transportation, hotel, breakfast, and select meals. The 3-credit tuition fee falls under your normal semester course load, so you need only pay for the tour, which is approximately $4,400. Financial Aid can be used to cover costs.

Led by Dr. Edward Smith, the course will fulfill the Humanistic Literacy requirement of Rowan Core and offer an enriching learning experience both inside the classroom and abroad. For more information, please view the flyer HERE or contact Dr. Smith at smithe@rowan.edu!
