New Jersey and the greater Delaware Valley offer ample employment opportunities for world language graduates. There is a large number of internationally-oriented companies located in the area including subsidiaries of foreign companies. Financial institutions, social and legal agencies, hospitals, hotels, casinos and airlines are also looking for personnel with world language training. Graduates can likewise gain employment as translators or interpreters with state and federal agencies such as the courts, FBI, CIA, State Department, Immigration and Naturalization and Customs Agencies.
