Biography

Adjunct Professor, Brittany L. Bronson, is an award-winning DE&I strategist, champion, and advocate, with over a decade of experience developing, managing, and reforming internal policies and practices that promote belonging for underrepresented groups in government, non-profit, and corporate sectors.

Professor Bronson is an expert in ESG strategy development, working with companies to develop and implement strategies that prioritize environmental, social, and governance considerations. She helps organizations understand the importance of responsible and sustainable business practices, and works to ensure that companies are meeting their obligations to their stakeholders, including investors, employees, and the communities they serve.

In addition to her professional work, Professor Bronson is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Saint Joseph's University, where she is writing her dissertation studying Black women's experiences in corporate America. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Temple University and her Master of Science in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University.

Professor Bronson is also a dedicated educator who supports Master of Diversity and Inclusion students design and conduct IRB approved and ethically sound research to successfully complete their Master in Diversity and Inclusion degree requirements as our Foundations and Capstone instructor. Professor Bronson is also actively involved in DEI initiatives at Rowan University. She serves on the university-wide DEI committee and is involved in Rowan's First Generation Conference and Research, Universal Design Working Groups, and serves as a faculty advisor to many students of color and organizations focused on underrepresented groups.

In her free time, Brittany enjoys trying new restaurants with her family, bike riding through the trails of Philadelphia while listening to Beyoncé, and chauffeuring her children to their sports activities.
