Biography
Dina's main research areas are comparative political economy, healthcare politics, innovations, post-communist states and historical legacies. She enjoys writing, teaching, and bringing science closer to practice, especially in the realm of health equity. Her papers have appeared in Democratization, Post-Soviet Affairs, Social Science Research, International Journal of Health Services, Review of Policy Research, and other journals. She holds a Ph.D. (2013) in Political Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
