Biography

Dean Leech is a retired federal prison administrator. He has been teaching at Rowan since 1999, upon retirement, in either adjunct, visiting professor or 3/4 time instructor status. He clerked for a federal judge following graduation from law school and is a member of the Texas bar (inactive) and Florida bar (retired). He has been actively teaching college classes since 1986. In New Jersey, he has taught at Cumberland County College, Richard Stockton College (now Stockton University) and Rutgers-Camden along with his current 3/4 position at Rowan.
