Dana Harrison earned her B.A. from the University of Delaware, an M.A. in German Literature from the University of Delaware, and an M.A. in English Literature from Rutgers University, Camden. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in English at Temple University. Her research explores the political, scientific, and narrative intersections of British literary realism and the history of medicine in the mid-nineteenth century. Her interests include Victorian cultural studies, the history of the novel, literature and science, medical humanities, and translation studies. She teaches American English Grammar, Experiencing Literature, and surveys of British and American Literature.
