Graduate Assistant Position
Students applying for the Evening MA in Criminal Justice Program can apply for a Graduate Assistantship (GA) which will provide tuition coverage, a stipend, and the opportunity to get valuable experience as a Research Assistant.
Students can apply for a full-time position which provides tuition coverage for three courses a semester and a stipend of $10,000 a year or a part-time position which provides tuition coverage for two courses a semester and a stipend of $5,000 a year. Full-time GAs work with faculty on their research up to 20 hours a week and Part-time GAs work with faculty up to 10 hours a week.

1. Copy of your college transcript
2. Two Recommendations (academic preferred)
3. 300-500 word statement of why you want to be a Graduate Assistant and why we should hire you, including your contact information and whether you want to be full-time or part-time.
You must apply separately for the MA in Criminal Justice Program. This website gives you more information about the Online and Evening MA in Criminal Justice programs, including a link for applying to the MA programs: https://chss.rowan.edu/departments/lawjustice/graduate/index.html
Although applications for the MA in Criminal Justice Program are not due until July 1st, you should apply for both the Program and the GA position by May 1st for full consideration for the GA position. Please contact Dr. Foglia at foglia@rowan.edu for more information.
